Accessibility sweeps with TalkBack scripts

Accessibility is not a lighthouse score. We teach students to record TalkBack journeys with expected announcements written in plain language beside each step.
When a journey fails, we classify failures: missing semantics, focus trap, contrast debt. That taxonomy shows up in retros so teams fix root causes instead of toggling random flags.
Sharing anonymized scripts between cohorts built a library of “screen reader recipes” students take to work.
