1. Why this notice exists
We describe how personal data is processed when you browse, register, or attend programs—aligned with transparency expectations under Taiwan’s Personal Data Protection Act and practical security hygiene.
2. Data categories
Identifiers (name, email, phone), professional data (employer, role), billing records, technical logs (IP, device type, cookie identifiers where used), and content you submit in forms or sessions.
3. Purposes & legal bases
Registration and delivery of courses (contract), customer support (legitimate interest), invoicing (legal obligation where applicable), and—only with opt-in—analytics to improve navigation.
4. Retention
Enrollment records are kept for seven years for accounting unless longer retention is required. Marketing preferences are stored until withdrawn. Logs rotate within twelve months unless security investigations require longer holds.
5. Sharing
We use processors for email delivery, hosting, and payment rails under written agreements. No selling of personal data. Lawful requests from authorities are reviewed narrowly.
6. International transfers
If subprocessors store data outside Taiwan, we assess safeguards (standard clauses, encryption, access controls) and document transfer impact at the contract stage.
7. Security
Access is role-based; encryption in transit is standard; backups are encrypted at rest. Incident response includes user notification when legally required.
8. Children
Services are not directed to children under 13. If we learn we collected such data without guardian consent, we delete it promptly.
9. Your rights
You may request access, correction, restriction, or deletion where applicable. Contact privacy@think-core.one with verification details. You may lodge complaints with competent authorities.
10. Updates
We revise this notice when practices change; material updates are posted here with a new effective date.
