Terms of service

1. Parties

These terms govern access to educational services, digital materials, and community spaces operated under the think-core.one brand (“we”, “us”). “You” refers to individuals or organizations enrolling participants.

2. Services

We provide instructor-led Flutter mobile development tracks, mentor reviews, and related resources. Features may evolve; we will communicate material changes through the email address on file or an on-site notice.

3. Accounts & eligibility

You must provide accurate registration data. You may not share seat credentials. Participants under 18 require a guardian’s written consent where applicable under local rules.

4. Payments & invoices

Fees are listed in TWD unless stated otherwise. Late payments may pause access until balances clear. Corporate purchase orders are accepted only when pre-approved in writing.

5. Intellectual property

Curriculum materials remain our property. You receive a non-transferable license for learning during enrollment. Participant code and projects belong to their authors unless a separate written agreement states otherwise.

6. Acceptable use

Harassment, discriminatory conduct, or attempts to disrupt sessions or infrastructure are grounds for removal without refund beyond what the refund matrix permits.

7. Confidentiality

Cohort discussions may include sensitive product ideas. You agree not to record or redistribute others’ shares without explicit permission.

8. Disclaimers

Education outcomes depend on participant effort and employer context. We do not guarantee hiring, compensation, or app store acceptance—see marketing compliance policies shared during enrollment.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability arising from these terms is limited to fees paid for the affected service in the six months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.

10. Changes

We may update these terms; continued use after notice constitutes acceptance where permitted. Material fee changes require explicit confirmation before charging new rates.
