Refund & cancellation policy

Consumer protections under Taiwan law are respected alongside the contractual windows below.

1. Eligibility window

For distance or off-premises contracts that qualify under the Consumer Protection Act, you may exercise a cooling-off right within seven days of signing unless exceptions apply. Where we offer a fourteen-day goodwill window for specific promotions, those terms appear on the invoice.

2. Full refund conditions

If we cancel a cohort before the start date, you receive a full refund of amounts paid for that cohort. If access was never delivered due to our fault, we refund proportionally.

3. Partial refunds

After services begin, refunds—if granted—are calculated against completed mentor reviews, device lab reservations, and issued materials. Administrative fees may apply as stated on enrollment forms.

4. Non-refundable items

Third-party fees (store accounts, device purchases), shipping of hardware kits, or bespoke legal reviews arranged on your behalf are not refundable through us once incurred.

5. Process steps

Email refunds@think-core.one with enrollment ID, participant name, and reason. We acknowledge within three business days and request any missing verification.

6. Processing time

Approved refunds return to the original payment method within twenty business days barring bank holidays or cross-border delays.

7. Method of refund

Card payments reverse to the same card; bank transfers require matching account names. Crypto or cash refunds are not supported.

8. Cancellation by participant

Cancellations before materials unlock receive the fee schedule printed on your quote. Late cancellations may forfeit deposits as indicated in writing at purchase.

9. Exceptions

Violations of acceptable conduct or academic dishonesty may terminate access without refund beyond statutory minima.
